Is Insurance Included In The Quote ?

Third party liability is included as standard in accordance with the legal requirements of the country of rental.

Damage to or loss of vehicle
Unless we are able to recover the cost of damage from an identified liable third party then the renter/driver is liable for all damages to or loss of the vehicle occurring during the period of rental. This liability can be waived by payment of a fixed charge per rental day , an excess payment will still be applied.

How Many Miles Can I Do ?

Mileage is unlimited within Andalucia.

Can I Drive Into Another Country ?

Permission can be given to travel into Southern Portugal and must be obtained prior to departure.

What Happens If The Car Breaks Down or I Have an Accident ?

We provide a twenty four hour emergency roadside assistance number, English speaking staff are available. The numbers to be called are on the rental contract and also in the vehicle document pack. You will receive prompt assistance. An accident report is included in the pack and must be completed on the Spanish version (an English copy is provided to ensure the document is completed correctly.) Remember only sign this document when you are completely satisfied with the content as you could be held liable for the cost of repairs to the hire vehicle.

Who Can Drive The Rental Vehicle ?

The authorised drivers will be agreed and driving license details entered onto the rental contract , these are the only persons insured and allowed to drive the vehicle.

What Is The Minimum and Maximum Age of the Drivers ?

Minimum age is twenty three (23) years of age and at least 12 months with a full license. If you have passed retirement age and still hold a valid driving license then you can hire and drive our rental cars .
